Frying plate and turbo roast
Fry plates
When you choose from our large selection of frying plates, it is important that you have control over your needs. How much do you expect to fry on the baking sheet and over how long a period. The latter is especially important if a large quantity of frozen goods is to be produced over a short period of time.
The effect (kw / power) on the frying plates we have in the range is different because there are many kinds of needs. In kitchens where the frying plate has to cook large quantities of frozen products over a short period, the frying plate can be cooled down if there is not enough effect on it. This means that your food risks being cooked in places too fried on the frying plate. Conversely, the need for a strong frying plate is less if the product is cooked fresh or the product over a longer period.
Whether you need a frying pan with grooves or completely smooth is up to you. The grooved frying plates give a more characteristic frying look and also allow the juice to flow from the product being fried.
Although your need may only be for a small frying pan, you may want to consider buying one with 2 zones because it allows you to have one part of the frying pan to fry on and another part to keep your products warm.
