Industrial oven 8-12 plugs

The industrial oven is the heart of many kitchens. Yet the needs are very different. For an assembly house with many different users, it is essential that the stove is easy to operate, with a reasonable purchase price and low maintenance costs. The most important property for a perfect cooking result is good and even air flow in the oven chamber. The vast majority of our ovens are equipped with a fan that automatically turns so that it alternates clockwise and counterclockwise. That makes the cooking really good.

As a general rule, the more fans there are in the oven chamber, the better the air distribution. No rule without exceptions for the very best ovens actually do not have the most fans - they often use fewer fans but with a much larger diameter and much more powerful motor than the average.
SIMPLE ANALOG, CONTROL OR COMPUTER OVEN
We experience that many people want a computer oven, but also that many do not use the functions at all. We will not try to talk the big computer ovens down here - you can actually give yourself a lot
ingenious shortcuts to an easier everyday life with an intelligent oven. Just know in advance if you are the type who wants to get to know your oven and use the features or if you usually just want to use
time-temperature-steam function. In that case, you should consider either an analog oven or one of the less advanced computer ovens.
WASHING PROGRAM
Automatic washing program is the quality we often regret having saved on. Not all ovens have the option of having it retrofitted, so it is important to keep in mind during the purchase process if you are considering facilitating cleaning.

An automatic washing system must be used daily to keep dirt and grime down in the oven chamber and it cannot be ruled out that from time to time an extra helping hand will be needed. One thing is for sure - it makes an otherwise boring job significantly easier and less frequent.
CORE TEMPERATURE AND DELTA FUNCTION
A core temperature sensor can ensure you a perfect ready-made product - EVERY TIME. Put the skewer in the roast beef and select the desired core temperature. The industrial oven takes care of the rest and alerts you when the product is ready to be served. The delta function is another smart function that some core temperature ovens also possess. With the delta function you can determine how many degrees the oven chamber temperature must exceed the product temperature.

Example: You want your product to end up with a final temperature of 150 degrees, but want a long-term frying or a slow process, so you want a maximum of the oven chamber temperature to be 20 degrees higher than the product. You insert a product with a temperature of 30 degrees and the oven chamber is thus a maximum of 50 degrees. As the temperature of the product increases, the temperature of the oven chamber will also increase.
NOZZLE Vapor OR BOILER Vapor (Steam Generator)
In modern industrial furnaces there are 2 ways to generate steam. One is called boiler steam / steam via steam generator. Here the steam is formed in a container inside the oven, which has constantly heated water to the boiling point ready to shoot steam into the oven chamber. With this technology, the steam is always ready. There are also copious amounts of steam to take off. This type of steam is found in the upper class of furnaces such as Rational, Hounö and Fagor. The second type is nozzle steam. Here the steam is formed by pushing the water directly into the furnace chamber heating element and thereby evaporating. The disadvantage is that the oven temperature can drop momentarily when the cold water is pushed into the heating element - just as the temperature can drop a little more if very large amounts of steam are to be used.

This type of steam is more than sufficient for the vast majority of preparations - in practice many do not notice the difference. The ovens that use nozzle steam are not only reserved for the cheaper ovens. Also oven brands such as. Zanussi uses the nozzle steam technology. If the best system is to be chosen, the steam generator must still be said to be the winner. The disadvantage of this system is that the stove requires several amps (larger power plugs) because the stove must use energy to heat both the water tank and the stove chamber at the same time.
BLOWING NUMBER, SPEED AND ROTATION
The most important property for a perfect cooking result is good and even air flow in the oven chamber. The vast majority of our ovens are equipped with a fan that automatically turns so that it alternates clockwise and counterclockwise. That makes the cooking really good.

As a general rule, the more fans there are in the oven chamber, the better the air distribution. No rule without exceptions for the very best ovens does not actually have the most fans - they often use fewer fans but with a much larger diameter and much more powerful motor than the average. If you find two comparable ovens in the same price level, you can often count on the one with the most fans to provide the best heat distribution.

If you need to bake, cook delicate products or delicate preparations, you must also focus on whether the fan speed can be reduced. A good example is the preparation of meringues which in ovens without the possibility of reducing the fan speed will be destroyed by the high air circulation.
